At Dickey’s, we’ve been hard at work developing our first ever multimedia brand campaign. Now, what does multimedia even mean? It means the new campaign includes multiple 30-second national television spots, radio advertisements and a digital campaign. We even have a new nifty tagline, you might have already seen, “We Speak Barbecue.”
You may wonder why we are doing all of this? Well, we wanted to share our passion and dedication to the art of great barbecue with all of you. We’re excited to show our slow smoking process that starts long before you arrive….14 hours before to be exact. And, we also had a lot of fun doing it!

In conjunction with our new campaign, we’re also launching a social media contest that asks, “What is barbecue to you?” You can upload a photo or video on our national Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page using the hashtag #WeSpeakBarbecue. So, start getting creative because the best answer wins free barbecue for an entire year.
