One of the keys to success for Dickey’s Owner/Operators is keeping a pulse on guest feedback, according to Pennsylvania Owner/Operator Brandon McBrier.
McBrier strives to come up with creative ideas to improve guests’ experiences and drive sales. His most recent insight is that many Pennsylvanians prefer to eat outdoors and enjoy the nice weather in the summer rather than eat indoors. In response, he and his team undertook the challenge of creating a delivery option for guests.
They looked to Dickey’s corporate office for creative assistance designing a menu specifically for delivery purposes. “From the conception of this idea, to building an easy ordering process, to its ultimate implementation, guest convenience has been our number one priority,” said McBrier. “Our goal has been to make it as convenient as possible for our loyal guests to enjoy our delicious barbecue.”
This program is a true testament to what can be achieved when Owner/Operators combine Dickey’s core values, such as a strong commitment to guests, with out-of-the-box thinking.
