Brandon Philp and his amazing staff really know how to make a new guest feel welcome! When a family of seven came into Philp’s Camp Hill location the staff went out of their way to make them feel at home and extremely educated on how we smoked our meats daily and what would be the best option for them.
Not only did the staff talk them through the menu to help them find the perfect thing for dinner, they let them sample meats and sides they were interested in!
Philp and his staff’s extensive knowledge of the menu can be attributed to staying up-to-date with BUO and Expanded Menu Training.
