Name of Dish: Smoked Whole Turkey
11-12 lb whole turkey thawed
Remove all plastic from your raw turkey.
Smoke at 240 degrees breast side up in smoker on top of greased grate. Smoke until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Plan for 6 or more hours. Leave lid on entire time, no peaking.
