Recently, Dickey’s BBQ Franchise nabbed a coveted five-star review from the folks at Franchise Biz Review, and not just for the widely-liked barbecue brisket.
The Dickey’s BBQ Franchise was evaluated on its brand name recognition, profitability, cost to open a new location, franchise support infrastructure, and its overall return-on-investment (“ROI”).
The FranchiseBiz.Review site has become known for its criticism of some of the world’s best-known chainstore companies, as well as for its acerbic wit and dedication to practicality.

Indeed, in Dickey’s BBQ Franchise’s case, the relatively low cost for getting into the restaurant’s family, combined with fairly reasonable growth and the trendline of expanding numbers of franchise locations (which indicated to the editors that the franchise support staff is performing very well) — all of this combined to make for an A-grade rating.
Dickey’s BBQ Franchise group declined to comment, but the company was clearly pleased by the rating, and posted a mention of it on their franchise website.
