WHAT IS TEXAS-STYLE BBQ?

There are a lot of barbecue restaurants all over the place, and each one does things a little differently. However, none of those BBQ places have found the winning formula for success quite like Dickey’s. We start with slow smoking all our meats overnight in a hickory wood pit overseen by certified Pit Masters. Of course, our special spice rub and sauce are what give our menu its one-of-a-kind flavor, and it wouldn’t be true Texas barbecue without them.
