We are bringing the best Texas style barbecue to you, so you don’t have to travel to the Lone Star State. Dallas, Texas is home to our very first barbecue smokehouse, known as Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Our grand opening of this location was back in 1941, by Travis Dickey and his wife Ollie Dickey. That was over 80 years ago! Our BBQ concept is still up and running and is now the largest BBQ franchise in the world. Decades later, we have grown our barbecue concept form a single BBQ joint, to over 500 locations in the nation and around the world. We are now in countries like Japan, Canada, Pakistan, and more!
