Dickey's Owner Wins Barbecue Contest

Bill Zimmerman, with his Pit Boss’, recently entered and won first place at a barbecue contest hosted by QSR and the US Highbush Blueberry Council. Their winning recipe was a Blueberry-Rubbed Pulled Pork Sandwich with Blueberry Jalapeno Barbecue Sauce.
The trio has been asked to share their winning recipe at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago in May.
