Dickey’s Barbecue Pit: Ribs


Whole rack, Half rack, or quarter rack St Louis style ribs

1 container Dickeys Rib Rub (sold at Dickeys Barbecue Pit)

Preparation Instructions:

Heat smoker to 275 degrees F.

Rub a generous amount of Dickeys Rib Rub onto St Louis Style ribs.

Smoke ribs for 3-3.5 hours until tender.

Pair with favorite barbecue sauce and side items
