Restaurants Currently Feeling Long-Term Effects of Labor Shortage: Dickey's Barbecue Pit CEO, Laura Rea Dickey

The company’s CEO says that in past, there has been a usual trend of a “reduction of demand and price in Q1” that has not been experienced in 2022 thus far. With many of the Dickey’s Barbecue menu items being affected by supply shortages and price increases, some by 16%, Laura Rea Dickey says a shift toward other menu items has had to occur, despite costs of goods being up all around.
