Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is nothing new to Jane Wabs, as this is her second of ten locations that she and her partners, Angela Pasten and Chris James, will open throughout California. A veteran in the restaurant business, Wabs saw a great opportunity with Dickey’s that she had not seen before, a brand that highlights the importance of family. Every decision Wabs makes is in the best interest of her husband and children, and in business it is no different. She hopes to open all ten of her stores with the support of her family, solidifying the fact that Dickey’s is a family brand, just as the Dickeys did 75 years ago.
“Dickey’s is a great brand, one that is in high demand in Orange County,” says Jane Wabs. “I am excited to continue to grow my business and bring the people of Southern California delicious, Texas-style barbecue.”
