Dickey's Barbecue Pit store opening in Westlake Village promises free barbecue for a year to three lucky winners

(Westlake Village, CA) Westlake Village residents will have a reason to celebrate when Dickey’s Barbecue Pit opens on Thursday, July 30 at 11 a.m. The new barbecue joint opens with a three-day barbecue bash where three lucky guests will win free barbecue for an entire year.

 

“Our California guests love Dickey’s and we are excited that Arman is bringing a second location to the Simi Valley region,” said Roland Dickey, Jr., CEO of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. “We look forward to introducing new guests to our many options including our catering and online ordering.”

 

Thursday, the party kicks off with the first 100 guests receiving free meal vouchers as well as Dickey’s gear like t-shirts, koozies, sunglasses and more. On Friday, radio station 100.7 KHAY FM is onsite from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and the new restaurant will be serving $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches.Also, one lucky winner will be chosen for a $500 gift card and three winners will receive free barbecue for an entire year. The bash continues Saturday when the first 100 guests receive a free big yellow cup of tea and the first 50 online orders receive a gift card worth up to $50.  

 

“Barbecue has been a passion of mine for years and I look forward to serving slow-smoked Texas barbecue in the Westlake Village area,” said owner / operator Arman Grigoryan. “We are thrilled to open our second Dickey’s location in the region and our guests are even more excited.”
