Dickey’s Introduces New Menu Boards and Modern Rustic Interior Nationwide

(Hollister, CA) Dickey’s Barbecue is enthusiastic about opening a new location in Hollister. The Hollister location opens Thursday, August 15 at 11 a.m. and is throwing a three-day party to

Dickey’s Cues Up a New Location in California

(Pendleton, OR) Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is expanding across the country and will open a new location in Oregon on Thursday, August 15. On Thursday, the first 50 customers will receive a Dickey’s gift

 “We’ve always wanted to own a business together and Dickey’s is the perfect opportunity,” said Shawn Pace, who owns and operates this location with his mom Roalynn. “Dickey’s offers authentic slow
 smoked food, a family-friendly appeal and we hope our restaurant feels like home to our guests.”


 Shawn Pace attended Oregon State University and was in the United States Army as a Calvary Scout.  Roalynn Pace just retired from Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution.

Dickey’s Opens New Location in Oregon

(DALLAS, TX) In September, Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants across the country will be literally rolling out new dough. &nbsp;The new artisanal breads are modeled after Dickey’s signature rolls with a touch of Southern sweetness and fresh, simple ingredients. New bread items will include handcrafted buns, hoagies and dinner rolls baked daily in all restaurants.
&nbsp;“Customers love our rolls because they have a touch of sweetness that pairs perfectly with our hot pit-smoked barbecue and tangy barbecue sauce,” said Jeff Forrester, Vice President and Executive Chef for Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. “Now, all of our buns and hoagie rolls will have that same southern fresh bread recipe that I know our customers are going to love.”
The homemade bread products are part of Dickey’s menu innovations that now include the sale of whole meat options including slow-smoked briskets, pork butts, barbecue honey hams, smoked turkeys and full racks of ribs. With the new bread recipe, Dickey’s continues its commitment to fresh, wholesome ingredients and authentic home-style family meals.

Penn State Alumni Opens a New Dickey’s Barbecue in State College

(East Norriton, PA) Dickey’s Barbecue is heating up across Pennsylvania with another new location opening on August 8 in East Norriton. The new location will host a three day event from August 8 through August 10.
“We can’t wait to be the new local favorite,” said new owner Lamy Saint-Fleur. “We want people coming to us for lunch, dinner and to cater their events.”
This new restaurant is located in the Norriton Shopping Center next to Shop Rite super market and Retro Fitness.&nbsp; Saint-Fleur plans on opening at least five more locations in Pennsylvania.

East Norriton Welcomes Lip Smackin’ Dickey’s Barbecue

(DALLAS, TX) Dickey’s Barbecue, the Dallas-based franchise known for slow-smoked barbecue announced today that they will begin selling whole meat options in all stores across the country. &nbsp;The new menu items will be available starting July 29 and will include slow-smoked briskets, pork butts, barbecue honey hams, smoked turkeys and full racks of ribs.
“I’m excited about our new whole meat offerings because they offer our customers another choice for family meals and events,” said Roland Dickey, Jr., CEO and President of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. &nbsp;“Taking home a whole smoked brisket or pork butt just smoked hot and fresh in our local pit will be a convenient new selection for our customers to enjoy.”
Customers can order whole meats in the restaurants, online or via phone. Because Dickey’s smokes all meats on-site, items are subject to availability to insure freshness.

Dickey’s Barbecue Adds Whole Meats Offering to Menu

Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. has just been named the #1 chain in the “Second 100” by Nation’s Restaurant News Magazine. The ranking was based on growth in U.S. systemwide sales and revealed Dickey’s leading with a 57% increase.

Dickey’s Jumps to Top Chain of the Food Chain

(Dallas, TX) Local food banks across the nation are in need of donations. &nbsp;Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. answered the call by donating over $16,000 in frozen Barbecue Honey Hams, Polish Sausage, and Smoked and Cajun Fried Turkeys. &nbsp;This equates to approximately five thousand pounds of meat donated nationwide.

Dickey's Barbecue Donates to Food Banks Across the Country
